Wien-Energie-U-Commission: Arbitration Tribunal upheld ÖVP’s requests – Wiener Politik

Vienna – ÖVP Vienna said on Thursday afternoon that Mayor Michael Ludwig (SPÖ) had to reveal his work mobile phone. The opposition party announced that the independent arbitral tribunal within the commission of inquiry into the Wien Energie case had approved the requests for evidence submitted by ÖVP Vienna. Such requests by the Vienna FPÖ were not accepted by the arbitral tribunal.
