1. What does diabetes smell like?
If you constantly smell like fruit, get tested for diabetes. With a lack of insulin in the blood, the body cannot get energy from carbohydrates – and the liver begins to break down fats. In the process, ketones are released: it is these substances that give the sweetish notes to the aroma of your body.

2. Symptoms of kidney failure
Kidney failure occurs when the functionality of this paired organ drops to 15% of normal. As a result, your “biological filter” does not completely cleanse the blood of waste products. Toxins that are not removed from the body pose a threat to it. They also smell like ammonia – and if you feel it every day, go to the doctor.
3. How to understand that you have cirrhosis of the liver
With problems with the liver, the mouth may smell like garlic or rotten eggs. The same “aromas” can also be released through the sweat glands, for example, from the armpits. It’s again about the toxins that accumulate in the blood.
If the liver does not perform its function for a long time, its working tissue is replaced by connective tissue. Cirrhosis occurs, which can develop into liver failure and even cancer.
