American health psychologist Kelly McGonigal, professor at Stanford University and author of The joy of movementhas a joy work-out developed that makes you happier. Pretending to cheer and jumping around like a happy child would have the effect. “These Americans invent all kinds of things, but the Romans already knew it: a healthy mind resides in a healthy body,” says sports doctor Chris Goossens.
