Through its social networks, the Valledupar Public Services Company, Emdupar, reported that the water treatment system was suspended from 1:30 am due to a flood that occurred in the Guatapurí river “that contained turbidities greater than those that can be treated”, suspending the service in a large part of the capital of Cesar.

Emdupar reports that due to the flooding of the Guatapurí River, which contained turbidities higher than those it can treat, the treatment system was suspended from 1:30 am. until 4:20 a.m.”, the company wrote in its X account.

At the same time, he indicated that they have been working since dawn to restore “in less time” the water service in Valledupar.
