More than a week has passed since the disappearance of the sociologist Carlos Lanz Rodriguez, and the authorities in Venezuela still cannot find his whereabouts. Let us remember that Professor Carlos Lanz left his house without notifying where he was going, and from that moment there is no news of him.
Many hypotheses have arisen about his place of stay, and his sudden and strange departure from home, but this brief article will put on the table for discussion, above all, some ideas about why he is missing.
Let us remember that Carlos Lanz has been a researcher on topics such as: fourth generation, hybrid or asymmetric wars and covert operations of the United States against Venezuela.
In this sense, Professor Lanz, in his essay “Unconventional Warfare and Broad Spectrum Strategy”, points out that the US, as part of its intervention in Venezuela, has been promoting clandestine actions by paramilitary forces, in low intensity wars or wars not conventional. These military operations include selective assassinations, kidnappings, sabotage of various kinds, extortion, torture, mercenary incursions, support for subversive groups, attacks on military installations, among many others.
These activities are known as “black operations”, and according to Lanz they are “outside military protocol, being a practice against international legality and national sovereignty. A key factor is that it is carried out with great secrecy, in many cases without leave traces, no official records. “
Noting in turn that “it is an operation planned and executed to hide the identity of its authors, trying to avoid the political and legal consequences of it. It may be known after its execution, but the responsibility will not be traced or less proven.”
The US does not assume responsibility for covert operations and when they turn out to be public or unsuccessful, they resort to the Plausible Denial Doctrine, which “is the ability of people, usually high-ranking officials in a chain of command. formal or informal, to deny knowledge or responsibility for any reprehensible action committed by others, in an organizational hierarchy due to the lack of evidence that can confirm their participation, even if they were personally involved or, at least, willfully ignorant of the actions “.
In the event that “Black Operations” are made public, high-ranking officials may deny any knowledge of such an act or any connection to the agents used to carry out such acts.
The responsibility of the Empire in these operations is difficult to determine, due to the sophisticated system of institutional vagueness and the explanations that are given full of ambiguous or allegorical meanings, especially to avoid political censorship.
Carlos Lanz also points out that in the CIA Central Intelligence Agency, several operational instances of this nature are set up, responsible for this type of Black Operations, one of them being the National Clandestine Service, belonging to the Division of Special Activities, whose arm The military is the CIA, “responsible for carrying out covert or clandestine operations, including the paramilitaries.”
This Special Activities Division and, more specifically, its elite Special Operations Group, are employed in various covert operations. This duo are the executing arms of political and military operations of the Clandestine National Committee of the CIA, in this sense, they are in charge of unconventional tasks, as part of the Interventionist Action Plan. The Special Operations Group is within the Special Activities Division, responsible for paramilitary operations. This group, as an elite unit, is considered the most secret special operations force in the United States.
These groups are made up of Delta Forces, Green Berets, Marines, Rangers, among others in the US.
Until now, we have doubts, questions, hypotheses: are they not behind the disappearance of Professor Lanz, these Black Operations ?, whose protagonists are stationed on the border with Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Guyana?
Let us not forget, in turn, the Gedeón Terrorist Operation, an outpost of armed paramilitaries, made up of North Americans, Colombians, and Venezuelans, who tried to enter Venezuela, for the purpose of assassinations and violence, to carry out a coup d’état.
Is it a coincidence that, days after the accusation, trial, formal condemnation of the members of this incursion, by the Venezuelan Public Ministry, Carlos Lanz disappeared?
Are we not plagued with mercenary cells, in the service of the United States? Infiltrated in our communities, neighborhoods, groups, inside Venezuela? And have we not noticed it?
It could be as Iván Padilla Bravo asks himself, Are Gideon’s mercenaries still active?
“Hence, it is not surprising that the disappearance or kidnapping of Carlos Lanz Rodríguez has to do directly with the prolongation of the so-called Operation Gideon, under the direct command of the Pentagon, the CIA, Donald Trump and his henchmen, such as the Colombian President Iván Duque “.
Have the mercenaries, the paramilitaries, made contact with Carlos Lanz? And through an “acquaintance” or a “friend”, did they quote you to talk about the subject that Lanz is passionate about? From there it would be understood the abrupt departure of the teacher, being that way they have him retained.
I endorse Julio Escalona’s idea when he points out that the teacher is fine, and that it is very valuable for his captors to have him detained, perhaps they wait to later ask for a ransom, or secondly, to promote a political exchange, a political negotiation.
On the other hand, it has been determined that the intellectual and material authorship of these actions bind the governments of the United States and Colombia and the opposition deputy Juan Guaidó, who signed a contract with the mercenary company Silvercorp, in charge of an ex-military linked to Casablanca for the execution of violent, terrorist, paramilitary actions.
Until this moment, from the story, the figure of Juan Guaidó emerges. It is necessary to point out that Professor Carlos Lanz wrote an article, in May 2020, called “The Outsourcing of Guaidó”, whose term in English translates as “outsourced”, “outsourced”, as part of the commodification of the war, used by the USA.
There, the article reveals that Guaidó is a subcontractor to carry out a “death contract”, together with a North American company owned by the mercenary Jordan Goudreau, part of the advanced incursionist, specialist in non-conventional warfare modalities. In turn, it is pointed out that this practice makes the US an Outlaw State.
In the contract signed by Guaidó, it is emphasized that the mercenaries have the task of “capturing, detaining, eliminating” the targets for said plan, outlined in a 42-page document, prepared in October 2019 and endorsed by Guaidó on his tour of USA, in February 2020, referred to by the contractors as “Attachment to the General Services Agreement”.
Could it be that Juan Guaidó is involved in the strange absence of Carlos Lanz? Could it be that I went from being “interim president” to “mercenary, paramilitary”?
Lately Guaidó seems to have been forgotten, replaced by the United States, as part of the interventionist plans in Venezuela, hence, has he ventured into other tasks? It would not be strange to be in between millions of dollars.
It is possible that this brief article will lead us to other questions, doubts and hypotheses, and other elements not mentioned here, and that is the intention of it, since the investigations are stalled, although it is possible that the authorities have already considered these and others. possible conjectures, around this fateful case.
Wouldn’t the idea that these “black operations” be behind so many infected by the revolutionary process by Covid-19 would not be unreasonable then?
Finally, we are encouraged by the fact that Carlos Lanz has always invited us to resist, to always go on the offensive, to defend our homeland, our culture, our independence, and to be fraternal with the peoples, to liberate them. We have a legacy of the teacher that must be assumed and carried out, above all else.
