At the origin of this relatively radical decision, a reason to say the least astonishing. Last week, a violent altercation regarding collectible cards allegedly took place in a parking lot at a Target in Wisconsin, according to local media. May 7, four people were arrested for assaulting a 35-year-old man, who had drawn a gun in self-defense, without any shots being fired, police told the newspaper Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
