For 1) time and division of the day is artificially created, so there is no such thing as “standard (even worse natural)” time. For 2) the survey and the entire article ignore all those who are comfortable with “summer” time and would like to keep it year-round. It is unnecessary for it to be light already at 3 in the morning in the summer, and on the contrary, many people (including me) would appreciate returning home from work in the winter when it is still light. After all, we have the supposedly unnatural time for most of the year (even if, unfortunately, only by a month). As it turns out, I personally consider summer time to be much more practical than “winter” time, no matter what anyone calls it. In other words, rather than having only “winter” time all year, I prefer this crazy alternation. It’s just that the spring change could take place at the end of January and the autumn change at the end of November.
