- A former boss in an English company linked to Ignatova, who is a protected witness, refutes the version of the death
- “Her brother Constantine maintained regular and direct telephone contact with her until March 2019, long after the alleged plot to kill her,” said Duncan Arthur
- “This is intended to scare people because of those facing trial in America and Germany,” he says
- “Right before his arrest in the USA, Ignatov gave me his laptop with urgent instructions to deliver it to his mother in Bulgaria!”
- English lawyer Gary Gilford shared that he and Frank Schneider created a fund for her daughter Davina in coordination with Sofia
Ruzha Ignatova was not shot and thrown into pieces in the Ionian Sea in November 2018. “24 hours-168 stories” obtained an exclusive document signed by a man named Duncan Arthur, who is now a protected witness and years ago gravitated in the nearby entourage of the crypto queen. He refuted the news of her murder, saying that the brother of the creator of OneCoin, Konstantin Ignatov, had “regular and direct telephone contact” with her until March 2019. That is, she was alive then – exactly 5 months after the alleged execution. According to documents found in the home of the murdered Lyubo Policeman, Ruzha Ignatova was liquidated, cut up and thrown into the Ionian Sea five years ago by order of Christophoros Amanatidis-Taki.
The confessions signed by the witness, which reject this version, were also sent to the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice through the lawyer of the victims, Jonathan Levy.
