Recently, the application belonging to the cellular operator Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) has been experiencing problems since Wednesday (23/2/2022) morning, and is still continuing to this day, Thursday (24/2/2022).
As a result, a number of Indosat customers complained about the IM3 application error and could not be opened. So users cannot buy credit and data packages.
The question why the MyIM3 application cannot be opened immediately gets an answer from the SVP-Head of Corporate Communications Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Steve Saerang.
Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison itself confirmed that: IM3 app hers is in trouble, and apologizes for this incident.
“We apologize for the inconvenience that customers feel due to technical problems that have occurred and have an impact on the myIM3 application,” he said.
Currently, Steve said that IOH is making improvements to the service in the IM3 application so that it can return to normal operation as usual.
“We ask for customer patience while we are still working to restore our services as soon as possible,” said Steve.
