Why isn’t Natasha Romanoff joined by other Avengers in ‘Black Widow’?

Black Widow is currently on display and knows how to do it well. Still, some fans wonder why other Avengers aren’t joining Natasha Romanoff in the film. Now late Cate Shortland think about this.

Before the movie it was rumored that Scarlett JohanssonBlack Widow could count on the help of other Avengers, but despite being helped by new superheroes like Red Guardian, not a single Avenger shows up in the film.

The reason
During a recent interview, Shorland said he had a conversation about it with Marvel boss Kevin Feige. For example, Iron Man/Tony Stark was linked to the project, but it never happened. Now the director says why.

”In the beginning, of course, we had a lot of conversations about the film, so also whether other familiar faces would be featured in the film” begins Shortland.

”In the end we decided not to. Kevin explained it to me perfectly: ‘She doesn’t need the boys’. And he is right about that. We don’t want to pretend she really needs help. We want to ‘leave her alone’ and she does. She solves her own problems”.
