All the August 13th is International Left-Handers Day around the world. The commemorative day was promoted by two world organizations: Lefthanders Internacional Inc y The Left-Handers Club.

The objective of the date is to try to raise awareness of the shortcomings and difficulties that left-handed people face in a world designed for right-handers. It is estimated that, 10% of the world’s population – approximately 790 million people worldwide -, they have their left hand as the predominant one.
