Intars Rešetins has left the theater stage for some time and spends his everyday life as a director. In the program “When they meet”, Reshetin reveals the real reason why he left the acting profession.
“When you start babbling, it’s clear that something needs to change. First of all, the Daile Theater is the biggest, the leading one, it used to be, I don’t know how it is now. There is a lot of competition for you to get big, good roles, you have to sweat it out, of course, I have never been passionate about soaps, if I do something, then only with my work, but the ceiling that was offered to me, it sounds very arrogant , but it is not, was not satisfactory.”
During the conversation, he reveals that he doesn’t consider himself a star, and his favorite time was the pandemic when he didn’t have to meet anyone.
