The long-awaited culinary event of the year opened in Lomé at the Togolese Center for Exhibitions and Fairs (CETEF). The Festival la Marmite (FESMA), the second edition, has been coming to life to the delight of the population and the actors of the food chain and the kitchen since April 26, 2023 in Lomé. « From the plate to the pot », we discover Togolese and African specialties on the stands nicely laid out under the well erected tents. The place is there. A grand gala dinner is scheduled for Saturday May 6 in an idyllic setting. On the menu a culinary journey and a gastronomic discovery offered by chefs from Africa and the diaspora. Guest artists: the Togolese diva, Cécile Méba and the dean of African music, Danialou Sagbohan.
