Why don’t people get vaccinated in the United States?

Of Pennsylvania’s total population, 67 percent are fully vaccinated, according to the CDC. However, in about half of Pennsylvania’s counties it is less than 60 percent of the population. New Jersey ranks among the states with the best rates, at 75 percent, but even there, some areas are undervaccinated.
