Why doesn’t Kourtney Kardashian live with her new husband?

Courtney is Travis Barker’s third wife. She divorced his first wife Melissa Kennedy in August 2002 after nine months of marriage. He then married actress and Miss USA 1995 winner Shanna Moakler. The wedding took place on October 30, 2004. The couple held a gothic-style ceremony inspired by Tim Burton’s The Night Before Christmas. The celebration of the wedding coincided with Halloween, which is celebrated on the last day of October. Both of Travis’ children were born in marriage to Shanna. The musician still has a good relationship with his adopted daughter, Shanna Moakler’s daughter, born in her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, boxer Oscar De La Hoya.

In August 2006, Travis filed for divorce. In March of the following year, Shanna admitted in an interview with “People” magazine that the two decided to give themselves another chance and renewed their relationship. Unfortunately, they could not save the relationship, and in February 2008 the marriage was officially divorced. A year later, they tried again to re-establish their relationship, but even these efforts proved unsuccessful.
