Why does everyone want to go to America? (Life, USA, Green Card)

Hi, I have a few questions.

I’m planning on emigrating to America and I’ve looked at a lot about it and so on. But I don’t really know what an ideal job would be that I could take with me from Germany to America. So it’s a job that pays good money so that I can have something for emigration and at the same time when I actually go to America it also pays well there. I’m planning on going to Texas, that would actually be my first thought towards Austin. I also had the idea of doing police training here in Germany and then applying to become a police officer there because I heard that German police training is relatively “highly recognized” there. However, a job as a police officer in Germany would pay me far too little in order to emigrate as quickly, effectively and without money problems. The job as an air traffic controller pays relatively well in Germany, but it pays relatively averagely in America. The job as an air traffic controller would give me a lot of progress in Germany, but in America it would be more shaky. Or I can become an air traffic controller in Germany and apply to be a police officer or sherrif or something like that in America. It would be very helpful to get an answer to the questions because I have looked at a lot about it, so it really feels like there is an endless amount but there is no answer to these “special” questions anywhere.

So all my questions:

Please note: I want to save a lot of money for emigration and as quickly as possible + I want to have a well-paid job there when I actually get there.

A —•Air traffic controller Germany ——> Air traffic controller America

B —•Air traffic controller Germany ——> Policeman America

C —•Policeman Germany ——>Policeman America

D •Or can you recommend me a completely different job in Germany ——> America??
