Why does a boy keep saving my Snapchat Stories? (Mobile phone)

Hi there,
When I just opened Snapchat and wanted to watch stories, I noticed that suddenly there were no more stories from other people. 10 minutes before everyone was there and suddenly everyone was gone. I’ve already restarted my mobile phone and restarted the app. What could be the reason and what can I do to get all the stories back? ????????
