For a few days you can see an “erosion” of the bars of buildings of the city of Pierre Plate in Bagneux. This is what can be called “nibbling”, the means chosen to demolish the houses in this sector.
If we chose to destroy these bars of buildings, and in particular the most important the Debussy bar, it is quite simply to bring down this impression of border which cut the district in two. With the arrival of metro line 4 and soon 15, the town hall wants to transform this place of life and make it more pleasant and dynamic.
The inhabitants of these blocks of buildings have been rehoused, for the most part in the same sector. The destruction of the Debussy bar should take just under two months. The district should offer it its brand new face by 2030.
