František Vicena has been attracted to acting since childhood. He had artistic talent in his genes of him. He was related to the National Theater actor Miroslav Doležal or to the violin virtuoso and musical composer Jaroslav Kocian. František studied acting at the JAMU in Brno and then directing and dramaturgy at the DAMU in Prague.
