Why did President Radev convene the 51st National Assembly exactly on November 11?
It’s unusual because it usually happens between Wednesday and Friday – these are parliamentary days. Some explained it as a wanted effect right after the landmark date of November 10, when Bulgaria marks 35 years of transition.
But the astrologer Alena gives a look from another angle. If you don’t believe in numerology and stars, there’s no point in reading it.
But it has long been known that President Radev is subject to exoterics. He often consults with astrologers and numerologists. This makes Alena’s prediction quite curious.
According to her, the reason for this date is Radev’s favorite number.

The presidential elections followed. The application for participation in the elections of the Radev-Yotova couple was also submitted on October 11, under number 11 with the decision of the CEC 711, Alena recalls.
Even then, I predicted that if Radev wins, the political crisis in Bulgaria will drag on until 2027, when the next president is elected. So far, there are no signs that our society has deviated from this degrading course, says Alena.
Radev bets on the number 11 because it is the energy of submission. The repetition of 11 on the day of the swearing-in of the deputies excludes doubt and reinforces the belief that the purpose of the president is to subordinate the parliament to his wishes and orders. In a global plan, the president wants to subdue the state, but alas, he sows chaos and stimulates destruction and hatred in society, because the one who gives him false numerological advice does not reveal to him how to constructively use the energy of the number 11, Alena is categorical.
Chaos and destruction will continue to deepen in the new parliament, and because of the convening date of the 51st National Assembly – November 11. Once again, conflicts will flare up, there will be bright opposition, anger and aggression.
We should not miss vibration 11 as an opportunity for understanding with the 47th president of the USA (4 +7= 11). Whether it is a coincidence or a numerological suggestion, I cannot say, but it is impossible to look for such a connection, because such a connection could not exist. My astrological doubt, based on the characters of the two, is that Trump is not the preferred choice for our president, Alena is emphatic.
Bulgaria will continue to fight in the vacillating chaos of subservient inaction, combined with impulsive, thoughtless changes, which are prompted by the aspects in the star chart on the day of the oath of the people’s representatives. Moreover, the coincidence of the Moon with Saturn on this day reveals that in the 51st National Assembly there are quite a few deputies with a depressed spirit and psyche, regardless of what self-confidence they demonstrate, in some of them, since their childhood years, pessimism and doom have been planted in their thoughts. These are people who will unthinkingly support any decision of their leaders, regardless of what harm they will cause to the state or themselves, Alena claims.

Reason will often be suppressed by the uncontrolled flight of political fantasy, which will dictate words and actions that are sometimes difficult to reverse. According to Alena, the life expectancy of the 51st National Assembly is largely determined by the number and date of issuance of the presidential decree – No. 223 of August 27 to schedule early elections. This suggests that we should now prepare for elections in 2025, says the astrologer.
Whether Alena is right, it is too early to say. But it is a fact that not 11, but 12 is the divine number. Both in antiquity and in the Bible. So, don’t expect anything divine from the parliament. On the contrary.
