The Avérotoren, designed by Bonnema Architects, was completed this week after a thorough renovation. The 77-meter-high Avérotoren had an energy label G and that has been polished to triple A. The entire building has been stripped and made more sustainable (new roof insulation, cooling machines, central heating boilers, LED lighting, and much more).
