Neymar finally debuted in Al Hilal. But why did Al Hilal fans hear boos during that match? This apparently has something to do with Neymar’s actions.

On Saturday (16/9), Neymar finally made his debut for Al Hilal. The 31 year old footballer came on in the second half when Al Hilal faced Al Riyadh.
In that match, Neymar recorded one assist when Al Hilal celebrating a 6-1 goal over Al Riyadh. His actions on the field are also able to enchant supporters.
However, there was one moment that made a number of Al Hilal supporters ridicule. It happened in the last minutes of the match, when Al Hilal received a penalty kick.
As reported by talkSport, a number of fans seem to hope that Neymar will take the 12th kick so he can mark his debut with a goal. But this penalty was then executed by Salem Aldawsari, “making the fans boo and voice their desire for Neymar to take it.”
Aldawsari himself didn’t bother with the booing and scored from the penalty spot, with Neymar was seen celebrating the second goal scored by his teammate in the match.
These results are confirming Al Hilal at the top of the Saudi Arabian Pro League standings with 16 points from six matches, after achieving five wins and one draw.
In second place in the standings is Al Ittihad, which is strengthened by stars such as Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante and Fabinho, with a difference of only one point.
