“Symptoms of low vitamin B12 appear slowly, often over several years. And some people have no symptoms at all, at least until the consequences become serious, ”said the physician.
She added that the most common signs of deficiency of this substance are fatigue, poor appetite, weight loss, depression, nausea, yellow skin tone. Vitamin can be obtained from meat, fish, milk, eggs.
