It’s a crazy thing. I want to install an antivirus (trend micro internet security) on my computer. I have a 3 device license and this is my 3rd. Only, impossible.
I’m on Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. Every time it tells me to repair or update windows. I reinstalled everything. I started from the factory configuration but it does not change anything. I tried to install windows10 (I have a license). Again it blocks, arrived at 80% of the installation.
The amazing thing is that my 2nd computer is in exactly the same configuration and the antivirus is installed and working.
Where does the problem come from, in your opinion?
Thanks to anyone who can help me out. This 3rd computer is for my son, but there is no question of letting him use it without antivirus.
