“I haven’t bought Chinese things for a long time – mainly because of the security risks,” businessman Normund Berg revealed in the TV24 program “Where the dog is buried”. He explains that he no longer buys goods made in China partly because of the quality, although you can find quality Chinese goods, but mainly because of the security risks.
The businessman points out that China is a communist country: “Rather unfriendly to us than friendly.”
Any technology made in China that is connected to wi-fi, that has microphones, cameras, can be used for spying. According to him, if the Chinese government is interested in someone, it will use these technologies to eavesdrop and spy.
“I have no doubts about that! That’s why I don’t buy Chinese vacuum cleaners, Chinese phones – nothing,” the businessman emphasizes.
