Boris Korchevnikov
Admirers of Boris Korchevnikov continue to worry about his health. The TV presenter, meanwhile, is still fruitfully working – he manages the Spas TV channel. Boris’s author’s program “Life and Fate” is now available to residents of the Russian regions on the “Looking” platform. Bringing his heroes to frankness, Korchevnikov periodically confesses himself. And viewers make amazing discoveries.
12 years did not act in films, but could not stand it
In search of an answer to the question of who he should become, Boris hesitated for a long time. Both his parents were directly related to the art world. Father, Vyacheslav Orlov, died eight years ago. Over the years, he was the head of the artistic and production part at the Moscow Theater. Mayakovsky, director of the theater. Pushkin.
Mom, Irina Korchevnikova, also in different years was an assistant to Oleg Efremov, deputy director of the Moscow Art Theater. Chekhov, head of the Moscow Art Theater Museum, until recently – director of the Obraztsov Central Puppet Theater.
And yet, between the Moscow Art Theater School and the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University. Lomonosov Korchevnikov eventually chose the latter. Despite the fact that at the age of seven he entered the professional stage – in the production of Oleg Tabakov’s Sailor’s Silence. At 15, he appeared in a film-play under the same name.
When viewers saw the first episodes of the comedy film “Kadetstvo”, which made Boris very famous, he was just over 20. Many people followed the stories from the life of the boys who entered the Suvorov School with enthusiasm. After 2009, there was a long pause in Korchevnikov’s film career.
Today, Boris is absorbed in television and assured: “I’m so used to speaking on my own during work that I don’t really want to role-play a text written by someone.” An artist in the cinema, in the theater, he called himself average.
However, Korchevnikov still could not resist the temptation. Recently reappeared in the film frame after a 12-year break. In 2021, work was completed on the military drama From Heaven to Battle, in which Boris played the role of Private Ryabushkin.
In the same role, Korchevnikov starred in the film “Landing Batya”, which was released in 2008. Both paintings tell about the fate of Vasily Margelov, the founder of the Airborne Forces.
“I suffered an illness in infancy”
Health problems that fans periodically talk about and write to the media, 40-year-old Boris does not deny:
“I suffered the disease in infancy. Often meningitis is accompanied by severe consequences. By the age of three, I could no longer hear in one ear.”
Korchevnikov only corrects the information, which sometimes begins to sound completely hopeless. After a trepanation of the skull, which doctors undertook several years ago, he clarified:
“What happened to me is not cancer, not oncology. Tumors for many years, I lived with it. It is very rare – they say, one in a hundred thousand. The operation cannot be said to have gone well. Maybe it was not worth deleting, and they live with it. ”
Korchevnikov does not hide the fact that now he has a harder time than people with one hundred percent hearing. That as a believer he asked God for healing.
“I am not healed. So, you need to get sick for now, to bear this illness as some kind of cross. Everything is more difficult – any work and communication with people, and this is the main thing for me. Everything should be restored, and the most serious stage of treatment, I hope, is already behind us, ”the TV presenter says.
“There is no death. That’s it”
Boris has never become a father until now. Not a single relationship in his life led to the conclusion of an official marriage. Korchevnikov lives with his mother, who is already under 80.
The earth is full of rumors about his romance with model Anna Odegova. However, the TV presenter himself never spoke on this topic. He remembered Anna-Cecile Sverdlov with a kind word.
She is an actress, born in France but brought up in Russia. A churched man, like Boris.
“Crystal clear and has done a lot to bring me closer to God. Now in every woman I value purity and fidelity most of all, ”says the TV presenter after breaking up.
Once he blurted out on the air: “I was in love with Dasha Melnikova for a very long time, because she is incredible. I liked Dasha from “Daddy’s Daughters”.
However, it turned out that Boris did not begin to communicate with the object of feelings, since he did not have the slightest chance. Daria was fascinated by another character from “Kadetstvo” – Alexander Golovin. He did not take Melnikova seriously, considering her a little girl. “How did we miss Dasha together, that she married Smolyaninov?” joked Korchevnikov.
Boris says that, as for a believer, the topic of loneliness is not relevant for him in principle: “I am never alone again. Life has become His presence. There is no death. That’s it”.
