Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Majed Al-Rukban, a specialist in real estate strategic leadership, said that prices are still high in the “Al-Khair neighborhood” in Riyadh.

He added, during his appearance on Al-Ikhbariya channel, that Al-Khair neighborhood has been famous for real estate speculation for many years, in contrast to practices that are not beneficial to the real estate sector, which caused a continuous increase in prices.

And the specialist continued, that the large part of Al-Khair neighborhood lacks services and infrastructure, and despite this, real estate prices are still high.
