Prices are falling on world markets
In recent days, owners of gas stations have predicted a drop in prices, in view of the cheaper oil on world markets. High fuel prices make us look more and more often at the gas station signs before filling up our car. And although the statistics show that oil on world markets is getting cheaper, we notice that the prices in our country are somehow strangely holding back, reports Nova TV.
Against this background, it makes an impression and a serious difference between some gas stations. But what do people think about fuel prices, and where petrol and diesel are sold the most?
In Varna, fuel prices are approximately the same as the average for the country. We find gasoline at a price of BGN 2.71 and diesel for BGN 2.76. We head north to check the fuel situation and whether the prices are going up. 70 kilometers to the north we enter Kavarna. Here it is immediately noticeable that fuel prices are up by 8 cents. The people of Kavarna notice it too, but have resigned themselves.
In fact, the further north we go, the more expensive fuel becomes. At the entrance to Shabla we immediately notice an even more tangible difference. A liter of mainstream gasoline costs BGN 2.94, and diesel BGN 2.98. Our report shows that, apart from Northeastern Bulgaria, Shabla is also the city with the highest fuel prices in our country.
