why angry women attacked the star of Soviet cinema

Not everyone can stand this.

The film “We’ll Live Until Monday” was released in 1968 and became one of the most iconic in the history of Soviet cinema. But few people know what the shooting turned out to be for one of the actors of this cult picture.

The victim of an unpleasant incident was Yuri Chernov, who played the role of a schoolboy Genka Syromyatnikov. At that time he was 19 years old, but in those days it was a common world practice when older artists played students. Costumes helped to create a reliable type. The authors of the film dressed Chernov in a school uniform, but the image seemed unconvincing to them. The clothes looked too new, so Chernov was sent to play football in order to beat her up a lot.

When he came to the field, he saw that there was no ball on it. Then the actor decided to kick the briefcase. As soon as Chernov set to work, a crowd of indignant women immediately flew at him. They shouted at Yuri, called him a loser, scolded him for spoiling the property bought by his mother. Chernov tried to explain that he was doing it for the sake of work. But how could he resist a crowd of angry women?
