The native department of the VVD in Delft should discover a new chairman. Lars Nieuwerf (31), who was energetic for the VVD within the college metropolis for a few years, first as secretary and later as chairman, left this weekend. Purpose: lack of time. That could be true, as a result of Nieuwerf is now the brand new political assistant – dad in The Hague jargon – of Prime Minister Dick Schoof, who might be sworn in tomorrow. Nieuwerf, who was born and raised in Delft, should become Schoof’s eyes and ears in The Hague within the coming years.
