Vtkova CPI Property Group has its registered office in Luxembourg and its shares are traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Own real estate in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Switzerland, France, Romania, Russia and Britain.
Vtek owns 87.8 percent in CPI Property Group. According to Forbes magazine, it is one of the eight Czech billion dollars.
Another candidate for the post of the richest echo is Daniel Ketinsk, who took over the city and controlled several domestic and foreign companies. The most important is the Energy Industry Holding (EPH).
In addition to EPH, he owns, for example, the ifotbal Sparta Prague. Last year, he stuck by 12 billion to 78 billion crowns and got out of the top city into the top three.
He has invested in, among others, the American chains Macys and Foot Locker or the British Sainsburys and Royal Mail. Last year, its EPH, which includes more than 70 companies, increased its operating EBITDA to 56 billion crowns.
Ketinsk is also a partner of Anna Kellnerov, the daughter of Petr Kellner. For this reason, it is first speculated as a successor in PPF.

Pt is owned by KKCG Karel Komrek, who, among other things, controls Sazka. Its assets are 71 billion crowns, the same as last year, when it cost the city.

The co-founder of the antivirus company Avast Pavel Baudi is est with an estimated asset of 51 billion crowns. His colleague Eduard Kuera got the city with 29 billion. Among them, the owner of the Sev.en Energy group, Pavel Tyka, is with 32 billion.
