WHO Plan, Guerra: “They told me not to inform the Ministry of Health”

The authors of the Report on pandemic management in Italy “explicitly told me not to inform the Ministry of Health” regarding the data from the publication of the dossier. This was reported by Ranieri Guerra, number two of the World Health Organization (WHO), on the report on which the Prosecutor of Bergamo is also investigating and on which “I have never had the right to take initiatives”.

“I never objected to the publication of the second version of the Venice Report: all the communications and discussions that were held refer to a first version, never published and subsequently corrected by the authors, who never received the authorization for publication by the internal bodies of the organization ”, explains Guerra.
“The publication was decided autonomously by the authors and I did not influence it in any way, receiving communication at the end of the event”

Among the authors there is also the Venice official Francesco Zambon who, during last night’s show Non è l’Arena, said that Guerra “asked me to falsify something in a period in which he had been director of prevention at Ministry”. The reference is to the date of the pandemic plan, referred to in the Report, which Guerra would have asked Zambon to postdate to make the plan seem updated to 2016.
