The results were revealed on Monday, December 13, 2021 at the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Val-d’Oise, at Cergy.
In partnership with the Federation of bakery-pastry shops of Val-d’Oise, Yvelines and Essonne, the Cma 95 organized the competition for the best almond cake of Val-d’Oise 2022.

The best 2022 galette in Val-d’Oise was produced in Méry-sur-Oise by the Laurent Laublet bakery, in the artisan entrepreneur category.
