Lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG), member of the Union of Architects in Bulgaria, the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria and the International Council for Research and Innovation in Buildings and Construction takes over the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. Violeta Koleva Komitova graduated with a master’s degree in architecture in 1980 at UACEG, Sofia.

He followed specializations at universities such as De Montfort in Leicester, UK, in 1994 and 1996, at the University of East London in 1999 and at the School of Architecture in Dublin, UK, in 2000.
In her professional path Komitova develops in the fields of construction, investment projects, urbanism and urban planning, European projects under the PHARE, Tempus, Erasmus-Socrates, RDP programs.
She was already Deputy Minister of Regional Development in the office of Ognyan Gerdjikov in 2017, when she wanted a revision of the rehabilitation programs. He even sends signals to the prosecutor’s office, but they believe that they are incomplete and do not start an investigation.
Rehabilitation is again in the focus of public attention. Maya Manolova’s commission to check the deals of Borissov’s governments he would deal with that as wellbut did not reach him because of his short life.
