Finally, after twenty years, the United Kingdom once again managed to impress in the Eurovision Song Contest last Saturday. The song festival has been a disgrace for the British for a few years in a row, with the low point last year, when they failed to win a single point from the jury or the public. But suddenly there was the authentic Sam Ryder this year, who with his Space Man conquered European hearts again. Moreover, he remained surprisingly sober as he watched a glorious victory swept away by the four hundred points with which the TV viewer expressed his solidarity with Ukraine. Who is this Sam?
