Rebecca Garcia is a woman who has gained notoriety regrettably due to his continued harassment of other people, particularly women, in Venezuela.
Better known as the El Hatillo stalker, the girl has been singled out by several young Venezuelan women due to her erratic and intimidating behavior, which escalated from text messages and emails to more intrusive actions such as the following:

When the complaints on social networks began to gain more popularity was the time that Anny de Trindadecommunicator, He caused concern in Venezuela by sharing a complaint about Rebeca García on his X profile, alleging that the latter “has spent her life harassing innocent women.”
According to the publication, the complainant has experienced constant calls, threatening messages on various digital platforms, and has even received gifts in the name of the alleged harasser.
Trindade has been joined by more young victims of Rebecawho have gone before the El Hatillo Police, the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) and the Ministry of Interior Relations, facing obstacles due to García’s alleged psychiatric disorders.

However, after seven years acting with impunity, Attorney General Tarek William Saab shared through the social network that “The Public Ministry appoints National Prosecutors’ Offices 56 and 66 to investigate and punish the gruesome events that occurred in El Hatillo.”
The prosecutor indicated that both Rebeca and her brother would be involved in multiple incidents of harassment towards women and children.
Saab stated that they have received four official complaints about these people and In a second publication it was announced that they already have an arrest warrant ready against Rebeca García and her brother Francisco Garcíafor the crimes of Promotion or Incitement to Hate, Exhibition of Pornography of Children and Adolescents and Aggression.
