Dacia is taking a step forward, and this change also means that cars could look completely different from now on.
Dacia came with some staff changes. The local manufacturer decided to go to another design director. This is Miles Nürnberger, former head of design at Aston Martin.
The change could bring new design elements among the models launched by the manufacturer from Mioveni.
Change at Dacia: a new design director
From September 1, 2021, Miles Nürnberger will hold the position of Design Director of the Dacia and Lada brands. He will be part of the Steering Committee of this Business Unit, chaired by Denis Le Vot, General Manager of the Dacia and Lada brands.
In 2018, Nürnberger was head of design at Aston Martin, but began his career as a designer at Lincoln. Nürnberger will be subordinated to Laurens van den Acker, Design Director and member of the Management Group of the Renault Group.
“We welcome Miles with enthusiasm, because design is a central element of our strategy for the DACIA & LADA brands. With the New Sandero, we have shown that a vehicle can be essential but equally attractive. With the help of Miles we will overcome new stages in the evolution of the two brands. NBI *, BISGTER and NIVA will be among the big projects “, said Denis Le-Vot.
