Starting from 1 September 2021, the transition from DVBT2 to DVTD4 will begin. Many, therefore, will have to replace the old TV, or equip it with a specific new external decoder. Precisely for this reason the government has decided to come to meet the families, introducing the now known bonus TV. The latter is equal to 50 euros and can only be used by families with Isee less than 20 thousand euros.
To this incentive is added another that can reach a maximum value equal to 100 euros. The Minister of Economic Development Giancarlo Giorgetti, in fact, recently signed the implementing decree that makes the new TV scrapping bonus operational. Unlike the previous TV bonus, which continues to be in force, the TV scrapping bonus it is aimed at everyone, regardless of the Isee value. This facility is presented as a 20% discount on the purchase price, up to a maximum of 100 euros.
To get it you have to scrapping a television which must have been purchased before December 22, 2018. The scrapping, we remind you, can be done at the same time you buy the new TV, simply by delivering the device to the dealer, with the latter taking care of its disposal, and then obtaining a tax credit equal to the discount granted to the customer at the time of purchase of the new TV.
