Antonio Banderas’ family is in for a treat. On Tuesday, August 20, the happy news broke that the daughter of the Spanish actor and Melanie Griffith, Stella del Carmen Banderas, had become engaged to her long-time boyfriend, American financier Alex Gruszynski.
An announcement that was revealed through social media with an emotional post in which the daughter of the renowned interpreter showed off the engagement ring while reviewing their beautiful love story with snapshots from different times. ”I will be able to spend all my time with my favorite person on earth forever!”, she wrote on her Instagram profile.
Stella del Carmen Banderas and Alex Gruszynski met at the Wagon Wheel School in Los Angeles and have always been close friends. But in 2015, they both realized their feelings for each other and began a romantic relationship. However, their love story went through various ups and downs and four years after starting their relationship, they decided to take a break until 2023, the year in which they resumed their love story.
Gruszynski has always been part of the Banderas-Griffith family to the point of sharing numerous moments with all the members of the family over the years, such as Holy Week in Malaga, where the three of them enjoyed the processions. For this reason, it is not surprising that the Spanish actor received the news with great joy. “My daughter Stella del Carmen is getting married. We couldn’t be happier and more excited,” he wrote on his social networks.
