Berkenthin – Not only in Lübeck will the start next weekend district league. The middle, east and south squadrons offer a colorful mix of teams from Kiel, Neumünster, Fehmarn and the outskirts of Hamburg. HL-SPORTS tries to give a rough overview of most of the games of the week on a weekly basis.

“We start with one of the simplest games”

Of the TSV Berkenthin has an exciting task to deal with away from home. The table ninth of the previous season in the district league south stayed in the season and travels on Sunday at 3 p.m. to relegated Borussia Möhnsen. “Now things are starting up again in the league. A complicated preparation (vacation, cup) comes to an end and we start with one of the simplest games. Away from the Association League relegated from Möhnsen. Everyone knows from previous years that it was never easy to win there anyway. But of course we’re not going to Möhnsen to start our journey home empty-handed. If we can take the unity of the team and the will from the cup competition to Möhnsen, then we will hopefully get off to a positive start in the league. I think everyone is excited to see how each squad manages to get off to a good start in this balanced league,” says Berkenthin coach Mirco Trautmann to HL SPORTS.
