Specifically, this means: The Personalvorsorgekasse (PVK) of the city of Bern, which has meanwhile taken on the community employees who were once insured with the PVS BIO, would have to repay Ostermundigen money. After all, the municipality had injected 18.3 million francs into the city of Bern from general funds for the change to the PVK. Because there was not enough money at PVS BIO.
