In a statement adopted by the WHO director-general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesuson the recommendation of Emergency Committee of your organization -which met last Friday in Geneva-, it is also recognized that The pandemic has entered a “transition” phase, which may lead to the end of the alarm level in the coming months.
The experts of the Emergency Committee have indicated in their recommendation to Tedros that now it is necessary to reflect on how to move from an emergency phase to a normal phase -in which one lives with the virus- safely.
