Confirmation of Bonus Air Conditioners it is particularly appreciated in this period of intense heat. Italy is hot from north to south, not even the night brings refreshment and more and more people are opting for buying an air conditioner. Thanks to the concession provided by the Government, it will be possible to shop with discounts up to 65% and without showing the ISEE.

The characteristics of the Air Conditioners Bonus
Introduced with the 2021 Budget Law, the Air Conditioners Bonus can be requested until December 31, 2021. The benefit consists of an immediate variable discount 50 to 65% without having to present the ISEE. Consequently, the range of recipients is wide but is linked to some conditions.
The Bonus can be claimed for replacement of old air conditioners or for the purchase of new machinery equipped with a heat pump or aimed at energy saving. The goal, therefore, is to involve as many people as possible in a renovation of the linked house energy efficiency.

When you can request the benefit
The Air Conditioners Bonus can be requested not only in the event that renovations are being carried out in the home. Anyone, in fact, can also take advantage of the discount without carrying out further interventions of energy efficiency. It is an important factor that allows you to buy air conditioners at half price or even 65%. However, it is necessary for the operation to appear among the extraordinary maintenance works, as established by the Revenue Agency.

Bonus amount, what it depends on
L’amount of the subsidy it will depend on the type of purchase made and whether the expense has been included in the restructuring costs or not. The model will be decisive, a higher energy class will correspond to a higher discount percentage as well as the presence of other redevelopment works.
The deduction al 50% will be applied to purchase air conditioners of energy class at least A + and the expense will be included in the total costs of a building renovation. Same discount for replacing old appliances with new heat pumps even without other renovations.
The change from the old to the new high energy efficiency, however, will result in a deduction of 65%. The deductible spending limit is 46.154 euro which will be returned in 10 equal annual installments. It is allowed, then, to reach 110% if the required criteria are met with there Superbonus 110%.
Recipients of the Air Conditioners Bonus
The subjects who can apply for the Bonus to purchase energy efficiency appliances are natural persons, VAT number holders, condominiums, Autonomous Institutes for public housing, the family member living with the owner of the property, housing cooperatives with undivided ownership, the owner of the property, who pays rent, the subjects who hold the usufruct or loan for use of the house.
The question will have to be forwarded electronically to the Revenue Agency no later than 31 December 2021.
