Financial Support for Internally Displaced Persons in Kyiv: How to Apply
providing financial assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) remains a critical focus for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). In Kyiv and the surrounding region, data collection points have been established to ensure that those in need can access vital support.

- IDPs who have relocated within the past six months and have not received assistance from UNHCR or other organizations for three months.
- individuals returning to their homes after displacement due to hostilities since February 24, 2022, who have not received financial aid from international organizations in the past three months.
Additionally, applicants must fall into one of the following vulnerability categories:
- Single parents with children under 18 or individuals aged 55 and older.
- Families led by single elderly individuals (55+) or those raising children under 18.
- Persons with disabilities or chronic illnesses requiring special care.
