The same cannot be said about TVN. TVN does not meet such a criterion, so I would be very surprised if the fund wanted to invest in this broadcaster. I don’t know what television companies could put money into the station. I don’t see any of these in Poland. The only player who might be interested is Zygmunt Solorz, but he won’t because the Competition and Consumer Protection Office won’t allow him such a deal. Then he would have a leading role on the television advertising market – said Jakub Bierzyński, head of OMD in Poland.
Among the potential customers, the portal mentions the Greek broadcaster Antenna Group – ANT1, the largest media company in Greece. Currently, he owns radio stations Kiss FM, Magic FM, Rock FM, One FM in Romania, Moldova and Cyprus. In Romania, it also broadcasts music TV channels Kiss TV, Magic TV, Rock TV. In Cyprus, channel ANT1.

It is possible that the Hungarian broadcaster, TV2 Média, would like to buy TVN. The owner of the station is József Vida, a Hungarian banker and economist, close to Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s childhood friend, Lőrinc Mészáros.
