Due to the worrying housing deficit in our country in recent years and with the aim of reactivating the real estate market, Banco Estado created a new Mortgage Credit.
This mortgage offer seeks to improve housing financing, due to high inflation levels and the economic crisiswhich means that banks are demanding high salaries to grant mortgage loans.
This new loan has a fixed rate in UFmore a 3,85% annual for homes of any amount. In addition to this, it offers up to 80% financing and a term of up to 20 years.
This fixed rate is for any amount during the entire credit period, and this offer is valid for credits with commercial approval. until June 30, 2022.
The credit also has up to six months of grace for the payment of the first dividend and up to two non-consecutive months of non-payment per yeardefined when contracting the credit.
