He remained in this position until October 14, 2009. In the parliamentary elections in the summer of 2009, he was a candidate for a national representative in the 41st National Assembly in the 3-MIR Varna and in the 8-MIR-Dobrich, nominated by the DPS. The movement includes two MPs from the multi-mandate district of Dobrich. Rushen Riza, who is second on the list, became a deputy with the decision of the Constitutional Court in the place of Burhan Abazov, but later again with the decision of the Constitutional Court DPS lost this mandate.

Since January 2010, Rushen Riza has been the deputy chairman of the DPS in charge of organizational activities. He took over from Qasim Dal, who was expelled from the movement.

In the early parliamentary elections in May 2013, he was a candidate from the DPS in 8-MIR Dobrich and entered the parliament. In the 42nd National Assembly, he is deputy chairman of the Committee on Budget and Finance and deputy chairman of the Committee on Internal Security and Public Order.

In the early parliamentary elections in October 2014 for the 43rd National Assembly, he was the leader of the DPS list in 8-MIR Dobrich and was elected as a representative in the 43rd National Assembly. He is a member of the Defense Committee.

Mustafa Karadai

He was born on 08.05.1970. in Borino village, Borino municipality, Smolyan region. Married, with two children. He finished his higher education at UNSS. He is an economist by profession, speaks two languages ​​- English and Turkish. Since 1996 until 2002 is an employee at the DPS Headquarters. From 1996 to 2001, he was a teacher of “Informatics” at the NBU. From 2002 to 2010, he was the deputy executive director of the Agency for Post-Privatization Control. Secretary of the CEC for IPVR-01, MI-03. , IPVR – 06 years, ICHEP – 07 years, MI – 09 years, INP – 09 years and member for INP – 05 years.

Founder of the Academic Society of the DPS in the city of Sofia and a member of the DPS since May 1991. Founder of the DPS youth organization and its chairman for the first two terms (1998-2003).
From 2010 to the present, he is the organizational secretary of the Central Operational Bureau (COB) of the DPS.

Chetin Kazakh

He was born on 29.07.1972 in Targovishte. He is a lawyer by profession, speaks 4 languages ​​- English, Russian, Turkish, French. He is married. With a scholarship from the French government, he is studying international law at the University of Burgundy, Dijon with his twin brother Metin. After returning to Bulgaria, they do an internship at the Presidency. They work for some time in private companies. From 2000 to May 2001, he worked as a lawyer in the Directorate “European Integration and Relations with International Financial Institutions” at the Council of Ministers. In addition to the 43rd National Assembly, he also participated in the 39th, 40th, 41st, 42nd National Assembly.
