WASHINGTON (AFN/RTR) – A whistleblower who has provided important information about the Libo affair has received a reward of nearly $200 million from US regulators, equivalent to almost 172 million euros. According to the so-called Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), this is the highest pay ever for someone who tipped the authorities about unauthorized banking activities.
