This concerns trains that run between Herentals, Lier and Antwerp-Central and trains between Neerpelt and Brussels-South.
‘in the morning
- The train Herentals – Antwerp Central with departure at 6.05, 7.05 and 8.06
- The train Lier-Herentals departing at 6.32 am and 7.32 am
- The trainNeerpelt – Brussels-South with departure at 9.00 am
Afternoon
- The train Antwerp-Central – Herentals with departure at 4.15 pm and 6.15 pm
- The train Herentals-Lier with departure at 17:05
- The train Brussels-South – Neerpelt departing at 5 p.m.

Nmbs says it does not like to make the decision, but considers it necessary for the safety of the traveler. A train cannot run without a train conductor.’
This year, Nmbs posted 1,300 new vacancies, including 260 for train conductors. Someone has been recruited for more than half of all vacancies. They are now following a five-month training course and will be gradually deployed from June.
