- Statue of Liberty : Once you have presented your pass at the cashier in Castle Clinton, take the special “pass” lane for the Statue of Liberty security passage.
- Empire State Building : After going through security, the New York City Pass allows you to use a special lane for pass holders. This allows you to avoid waiting in line with all the tourists who do not have entrance tickets. However, no skip-the-line access to the elevators and the ascent.
- Top of the Rock : like at the Empire State building, the New York City Pass gives you access to a special line reserved for pass holders. This allows you to avoid the queue of tourists who do not have tickets. However, no skip-the-line access to the elevators and the ascent.
- National Museum of September 11, 2001: the New York City Pass allows you to use a special lane to enter the museum. Follow the sign with the City Pass logo.

Unlike the New York City Pass which gives you access to 6 places, with a validity of 9 days, the New York Pass allows you to enjoy 80 places and attractions in New York City by choosing the number of days the pass is valid, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 or 10 days.

Explorer Pass and Explorer Pass à la carte
L’Explorer Pass works in a different way from other passes: this time you choose precisely a certain number of places and attractions that you want to see.
With l’Explorer Pass, you can choose 3, 4, 5, 7 or 10 visits from a list of about fifty attractions in New York. No need to choose immediately what you want to see: you only choose the total number of visits. Then, once in New York, you can visit the attractions of your choice at your leisure. If you have booked the Explorer Pass for 7 visits, you will be able to make 7 visits. If you have chosen the Explorer Pass 10 visits, you can take 10 visits. You choose the number of visits!

The New York Sightseeing Flex Pass is the direct competitor of the Explorer Pass.
